WIP Clerk

The WIP Clerk is responsible for work in progress, data entry, accounts, general typing and administrative tasks for the site. This role is a fixed-term maternity relief position.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
As the WIP Clerk the main duties will be the work in progress for the site.
Other responsibilities of the role include:
- Job set up and closure.
- Purchase order entry and receipting.
- Expediting purchase orders.
- Backorder reporting.
- Requesting quotations.
- Customer invoicing.
- Time sheet entry.
- Labour allocations, job allocations and reconciliations.
- Ensuring WIP and invoicing deadlines are met.
- Parts backorder reporting and follow up.
- Liaising with various stakeholders.
- Adhering to all Sandvik policies and procedures especially the EHS policies.
YOUR PROFILE
You will be highly computer literate with preferably data entry skills in job management, invoicing, quoting & time keeping. Experience in Microsoft Office suite is a must with previous experience in the Aurora system favorable.
You will need to have good communication skills and be flexible with your work hours to fit in with operational requirements.
