This leading commercial builder is currently looking for an experienced residential Site Manager with a proven track record delivering projects up to $5M.

You will have the ability to hit the ground running and work in conjunction with the existing t eam to deliver these technically challenging government projects. You will have the ability to manage a team of foreman across multiple sites, and assist in the co-ordination of sub-contractors and suppliers across each project.

You will be responsible for monitoring site activities and progress of each project, reporting back to the project management team at regular meetings. You will also be pivotal in the implementation and monitoring of OHS, Environmental and Quality procedures across each of these sites, ensuring that each project meets strict regulatory requirements.
