An exciting position has become available for a motivated individual to accept the fulltime role of Administration Manager Village Centre & Bridge Plaza Batemans Bay. This great opportunity involves working with a dynamic and experienced shopping centre team looking after a significant asset.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can work autonomously and alongside the Centre Manager. This front line position is interesting and challenging and would ideally suit a multi-tasker with excellent time management skills.

The key responsibilities will include:

General Centre administration

Accounts receivables and payables

General reception duties including fielding enquires

General reporting and collation of data

Casual Leasing and Centre Marketing

To be successful in this role you will have:

Shopping Centre, retail or business related industry experience

Excellent time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

Good communication skills
