Project Engineer - Mechanical

The construction of a new mine in the upper Hunter Valley has provided employment opportunities to the local region and beyond.
As the construction phase hits top gear there is an opportunity for a motivated and competent Mechanical Project Engineer to commence on a 6 month contract.
The project involves the installation of important mechanical infrastructure to ensure an efficient and safe production process.
Reporting to the Project Manager, Senior Engineer and Owner€™s team, you will preferably be a degree qualified mechanical engineer with project related experience that covers materials handling or heavy industrial construction. You€™ll work within a successful team and provide project assistance within quality assurance, safety management and sub contractor management.
It will be essential for you to show competence to work within a rapid paced environment with multiple responsibilities and tasks to be completed within deadlines.
This is an initial 6 month contract that is set to commence once successful.
