Finance Manager €“ Singleton Location

This local government agency is undoubtedly at the forefront of employers within the Singleton area. Renowned for their innovative culture, they require a hands-on Finance Manager to lead and further develop the finance functions within the business.

Reporting to the Director, your key responsibilities will include preparation of monthly financial reports, management of a finance team consisting of accounts clerks, accountants, payroll staff and general administrators, forecasting in addition to ensuring the completion of timely and accurate department reporting.

This appointment requires someone who is CA/CPA qualified and has proven commercial experience in a similar capacity. Good organisational and time management skills are mandatory, as is a flexible and practical approach with a €˜can do€™ attitude. Your ability to communicate and work with people at all levels, and drive process improvements will be critical to your success.

Candidates with government experience will be highly desirable.
