This 6 Partner firm has is well developed but they are looking to put a particular emphasis on expanding the Business Services divison.
- This executive appointment is purely for their next partner.
- An existing portfolio of clients is there for you to take on from day one
- Work side by side with this role model, Business Services Partner - a life coach equivalent
- Autonomy to introduce your own methodologies and hire of new staff members for your team.
- Equity is an immediate consideration so their goodwill will become your goodwill
- Expanding the portfolio will be made easier through referrals due to their reputation in Newcastle and throughout Australia
- Current clients include some HNW individuals with turnovers of up to $30M.
- Role based in Newcastle however will require regular travel to Sydney.
To be considered you will be a CA with at least 7 years stable experience ideally from a local environment. You will possess excellent client-facing skills and solid experience in people management. Being a Registered Company Auditor or close to becoming one is a must.
