Our client located in Newcastle is seeking a candidate with strong Accounts Payable skills and the ability to work within a large team ,but work autonomously.
You will receive a thorough induction and then hit the ground running. You will feel the buzz in the air and the professional attitude your team colleagues display as you are given specific responsibilities that will include but are not limited to:- Prepare creditor invoices for payment
- Reconcile accounts
- Escalate issues when appropriate
- Create relevant reports
- Create invoice batches
- Database maintenance and entry
- Maintaining vendor details
- Internal /external customer service
