This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic Case Manager to oversee our Reconnect services at Gateshead and Kurri Kurri.
Your key role will be to develop holistic and creative intervention strategies for young people and their families where there is risk of homelessness, mental health issues and/or substance abuse.
You will utalise a strengths based approach to casework, thereapeutic group work and community work, whilst providing effective leadership to the Reconnect teams and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all associated with the service. A contemporay understanding of early interventions and therapeutic practice is essential.
This position is a full time contract subject to ongoing funding.
